George E. Reed.

George E. Reed, Private; Clerk; Age 18; Born Livermore; Residence East Livermore; Enlisted September 25, 1861, from Farmington; Mustered in October 31, 1861; Orderly at Aquia Creek, Virginia, from December 4, 1862, and for General Paul from January 17, 1862; rejoined company August 26; Re-enlisted February 1, 1864.  Killed in action at Ream's Station, Virgini, August 25, 1864 being cut in two by a snell.
