I never thought about Federal Bushwhackers but of course there were.There were Bushwhackers on both sides. Those on this list were Georgia men,although they were killed by Bushwhackers the record doesn't state if they were Federal or one of their own neighbors of the county.

Mitchell, David—Private May 4,1861. Killed by bushwhackers in East Tennessee Feb. 1864.
Georgia Twenty-First, Infantry, ( Old Co. E. ).
Floyd County, Georgia, ( Sardis Volunteers ).
Duke, James A.—Private June 24, 1861. Transferred to Co. G, Smith's Legion Ga. Cavalry May 8, 1862; to Co. G, 6th Regt. Ga. Cavalry Mar. 1863. Roll for Dec. 31, 1863, last on file, shows him present. Killed by bushwhackers while on picket duty in East Tenn.
Georgia 34th., Infantry, Co. D.
Chattooda County, Georgia.
Blackwell, George W.—Elected 1st Lieutenant of Co. F, 8th Regt. Ga. State Troops Dec. 3, 1861. Mustered out at Savannah, Ga. May 1862. Elected Captain of Co. D, 34th Regt. Ga. Inf. May 14, 1862. Killed by bushwhackers while on way home Apr. 20, 1865.
Georgia 42nd., Infantry, Co. C.
Milton County, Georgia, ( Milton Tigers ).
Webb, Newton—Private Mar. 4, 1862. Roll dated Dec. 11, 1863, last on file, shows him "Absent, left sick in Kentucky Oct. 17, 1862." Killed there by bushwhackers.
Georgia 52nd., Infantry, Co. C.
Lumpkin County, Georgia.
Baker, William A.—Enlisted as a private in Co. C, 65th Regt. Ga.. Inf. Feb. 18, 1863. Appointed 1st Sergeant. Transferred to Co. C, 52d Regt. Ga. Inf. Dec. 1, 1863. Wounded, left leg permanently disabled at New Hope Church, Ga., May 25, 1864. Shot by bushwhackers while at home and unable to return.
