Commissioned second lieutenant, June 1, 1865, not mustered; mustered out with company, July 19, 1865, at Winchester, Va.  Commissioned second lieutenant, June 30, 1865, to rank from June 1,1865, vice Strait, mustered out with regiment ; not mustered.
