His wife Catharine put in for a pension after Mr. Jacob died she got $8. dollars per month for life.

John was a private in the Washington Life Guards, his allowance was $96. dollars a year or$8. dollars per month. He had received $450.63 dollars. He was placed on the pension rolls on Aug. 6, 1818, commencement of his pension was on April 25, 1818, his age 69. John died on Jan. 4, 1823.
