Was their any women that were aged 42 but fell off something and died?

Although some women were allowed to be on some ships with their husbands, they would have worked below deck, or in one of the officers cabins. About the only way they could be knock off anything would have been the deck?, either by accident or washed over board by a wave. I have no records stating anything about this, but I could be wrong maybe one of my readers out there will have a answer, “Well readers any one got a answer for anonymous?”
