Names Of Arkansas, War Of 1812.

Although these men were living in Arkansas at the time this was recorded and they fought in the war of 1812, they did not fight for this state. There will be no other information on these men.

William Morris, was a private of the 39th U. S. infantry, his pension was $96, per year, he was placed on the roll on March 10, 1819, his pension started on July 9, 1814. It states he was transferred from Tennessee.

Isaiah Mobley, was from Crawford county, was a private in the South Carolina militia, his pension was $30.44, per year and had received the sum of $91.32, dollars, he was placed on the roll on April 12, 1834, pension started on March 4, 1831, age 78.

Clement Mobley, was from Crawford county, was a private in the South Carolina continental, his pension was $30, per year the sums he received was $90, dollars, was placed on the roll on April 12, 1834, pension started on March 4, 1831, age 67.

Benjamin Clark, sen., was from Hampstead county was a private of the North Carolina militia, his pension was $40, per year, the sums he received was $120, dollars, was placed on the roll on January 6, 1834, pension stated on March 4, 1831, age 76.

William Conway, was from Hampstead county was a private of the South Carolina continental, pension was $20, per year, the sums he received was $60, dollars, was placed on the roll on February 27, 1833, pension started on March 4, 1831, age 70.

Morgan Cryer, sen., was from Hampstead county was a private of the South Carolina continental, pension was $80, per year he had received the sum of $160, dollars, was placed on the roll on February 27, 1833, pension started on March 4, 1831, age 78.

John Holman, was from Hampstead county was a private of the Virginia continental, pension was $20, per year the sums he received was $60, dollars, was placed on the roll on February 27, 1833, pension started on March 4, 1831, age 97.

Lawrence Angel, was from Independence county, was a private in the infantry & Cavalry, of the North Carolina continental. His pension was $69.16, per year the sums he received was $207.48, dollars, was placed on the roll on September 6, 1833, pension started on March 4, 1831, age 71, it states he was Transferred from Johnson co.. Indiana.

John Carothers, was from Independence county, was a private in the South Carolina militia, his pension was $80, per year the sums he received was $240, dollars, he was placed on the roll on January 3, 1834, pension started on March 4, 1831, age 88.

Benjamin Hardin, was from Independence county, was a private in the North Carolina militia, his pension was $53.33, per year, the sums he received was $159.99, dollars was placed on the roll on April 16, 1833, pension started on March 4, 1831, age 69.
David Vance, was from Independence county, was a private in the Virginia continental, his pension was $20, per year the sums he received was $20, per year, the sums he received was $50, dollars, was placed on the roll on April 6, 1833, pension started on March 4, 1831, age 75.

John Welldon, was from Independence county, was a private of cavalry in the South Carolina continental, pension was $100, per year the sums he received was $300, dollars, was placed on the roll on January 14, 1834, pension started on March 4, 1831, age 75.
